Embracing the Evolution of Music Expression with Technology
Small Milestones and Confidence in Musical Expression
The possibilities of music technology are limitless. We now live in an era where everything from composing to releasing music can be done with a single computer. However, I feel there are very few safe spaces where people can learn music production and creative expression.
I believe that this is due to the complexity of ever-evolving technology intersecting with the inherently diverse and open-ended nature of musical expression. This can lead to frustration when music-makers feel inadequate to keep up, or the necessity of learning about the technical aspects at the expense of musical creativity. I’ve personally experienced these struggles.
Many aspring music-makers may also feel discouraged for reasons such as a lack of people around them who understand their challenges, the difficulties of self-learning, or a lack of technical skills leading to low confidence.
In my private lessons, I help set small, achievable milestones for each challenge and support you in reaching them. I work closely with each individual's styles and needs, providing a supportive environment where you can feel secure and focus on bringing your musical vision to life. Together, we’ll channel your creativity into meaningful progress.
